Caitlin M. Autry

Caitlin M. Autry is an Associate at Albright, Yee & Schmit, where she serves as primary support to the firm’s senior attorneys in labor and employment and business litigation matters. She conducts legal research and analysis, drafts pleadings, motions, and discovery, and helps develop case strategy and prepare for depositions, mediations, and trial. Ms. Autry first joined the firm as a Summer Law Clerk in 2024.

Before returning to the firm, Ms. Autry served as a Law Clerk with NBCUniversal’s Labor & Employment group, where she helped respond to demand letters, EEOC charges, and CRD complaints, and supported the Labor team on grievances and collective bargaining matters involving 13 unions at Universal Studios Hollywood.

Ms. Autry earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Law, History & Culture from the University of Southern California. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2025.
