Clifton W. Albright -

Mr. Albright is a
1980 graduate of Loyola
Law
School licensed to practice law in the State of California. He
spent five years as counsel for Sanwa Bank and Lloyds Bank of
California, specializing in representing the institution and its
related companies in affirmative and defense litigation which
included labor law, lender liability and real estate litigation as
well as commercial transactional matters.
As
Managing Partner, Mr. Albright oversees the firm's litigation.
Mr. Albright has been an active participant in continuing education
programs for attorneys in such areas as employment/labor law and
complex litigation. He is also a member of several Bar
organizations, including the American Bar Association, National Bar
Association, and the Los Angeles and Beverly Hills Bar Associations. |

Mr. Yee is a 1987 graduate of Boston
College Law School licensed to practice law in California and
Hawaii. Mr. Yee has extensive experience in business
formations and dissolutions; business transactions; patents;
trademarks; copyrights; and civil litigation in federal, state, and
appellate courts as well as arbitration forums. Mr. Yee also
has experience in international business; has practiced law in
Taiwan; and is an active participant in national and local Asian
legal and business associations and activities. Mr. Yee is a
member of the Los Angeles and Hawaii Bar Associations.

Ms. Albright received her MBA in Finance from Loyola
Marymount
University in 1984. Thereafter, Ms. Albright received her Juris
Doctor degree from Whittier College School of Law in 1992. Ms.
Albright currently provides full client representation relating to
entertainment, international trade, wrongful discharge, sexual
harassment, discrimination based on race and gender, general
business litigation, and personal injury matters.

Southern California Law School, and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in
Psychology from the

of California, Los Angeles, where he graduated magna cum laude. Mr.
Shakouri is experienced in insurance coverage, real estate,
construction defect, and entertainment law. Mr. Shakouri was
successful on four Appellate cases including one published case,
Ashou v. Liberty Mutual. |

Lucien A. Schmit, III - Senior Counsel

Mr. Schmit is a 1984 graduate of the
University of California Berkeley, Boalt Hall. He has
practiced civil litigation before California state and federal trial
and appellate courts since 1984. Mr. Schmit has substantial
experience in general business litigation including the areas of:
real estate, construction, construction defect litigation,
commercial insurance coverage, bad faith litigation, labor
litigation (management side), employment discrimination
(race/sex/age) litigation, and general employment, wrongful
discharge and employee benefit litigation, and the representation of
franchisers and financial institutions. Mr. Schmit is also
admitted before the Court of International Trade and is a member of
the American, Los Angeles County, and Beverly Hills Bar
Associations.

Theofilopoulos
is experienced in business, health, real
estate, employment, copyright law, wrongful termination, breach of
contract/fraud, real estate disputes, automobile liability, and
commercial property damage.
He has delivered presentations on legal
and ethical aspects of record keeping for mental health
professionals for the Los Angeles Psychoanalytic Society and
Institute (LAPSI), and taught a course for Marriage and Family
Therapy students at Antioch College on Law and Ethics as an adjunct
professor.

Anthony J.
Bejarano Esq. -

Mr. Bejarano is a 2002 graduate of the University Of San Diego School
Of Law, and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English/Writing with a
minor in Theology from Georgetown University. Mr. Bejarano has
experience advising both public and private sector clients on a
variety of legal issues including labor and employment, civil
litigation, contracts, government advocacy, and trade secrets
litigation. Mr. Bejarano is experienced in all aspects of employment
litigation matters, including breach of employment contract, FEHA,
wrongful termination, FLSA, wage and hour, and discrimination.
Additionally, Mr. Bejarano provides advice on various labor and
employment issues as well as training for human resources personnel on
legal requirements, changes in the law, and best practices in
minimizing risk, while also drafting and revising personnel handbooks
and policies as well as new ordinances and/or resolutions relating to
labor and employment. Mr. Bejarano’s practice includes handling
employee discipline procedures (for both public and private
employers), defending employers against PERB and NLRB unfair labor
practice charges, and representing employers at the bargaining table
during labor negotiations. Mr.
Bejarano currently serves as a council member for the City of Baldwin
Park, is a member of the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments,
and is a former Director for the Southern California Regional Rail
Authority.
